COACHING DESIGNED FOR NURSES

About

Being a nurse can be incredibly stressful for so many reasons. My mission is to support
nurses in developing a nourishing relationship with themselves, so that they can show up feeling more empowered, sovereign and confident in who they are and what they do.

I believe in holistic perspectives on well-being, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your life. I offer personalized coaching sessions designed specifically for your unique needs, integrating the skills that work best for you.

My Story

I'm Sarah DeVincenzi, Registered Nurse and founder of Healthy Connections Coaching. I started my career as an ICU nurse in 2009. As I became more confident in my bedside skills, I began to notice the challenges created by the healthcare system. I pursued ways to bridge and heal our different healthcare paradigms while continuing to work as leadership in the ICU. Being a healthcare provider myself, I am especially passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of the people these systems are composed of. Over the past six years, I have thoughtfully developed and refined a coaching program exclusively for nurses.

Nursing, for me, has been a transforming agent - a mirror for reflection and a catalyst for growth. Having lost and found myself many times through the challenges of being a nurse, I understand intimately the complexities and demands of the profession. My coaching style is compassionate, evidence-based, and geared towards empowering you to live a healthy, balanced life both inside and outside the hospital walls. I am not just a coach; I'm your ally, passionate about helping you not only cope but flourish in both your professional and personal life. Let's make your well-being the priority.
